Heritage Learning Center is a non-profit child development program licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education.  Our center adheres to all state and federal laws and is regulated by the Maryland Office of Child Care.
 
The center can accommodate 54 children and accepts all children aged 6 weeks to four years, regardless of sex, creed, race, ethnicity, country of origin, handicapped status, or medical condition; provided the established program meets the needs of the individual child with reasonable accommodations.
